Which languages does it speak?
Natural South African English. Afrikaans and isiZulu are on the roadmap: we tested Afrikaans on real calls and it isn't good enough yet, so we only add a language once it genuinely works.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your own number. Calls you don't answer are forwarded to Answered247, which picks up on your behalf.
Does it work during load shedding?
Yes — Answered247 runs in the cloud, not at your premises. When the power's off and you're flooded with callouts, every call still gets answered and captured.
